Community Meeting

An extraordinary general meeting of Bonnybridge Community Education Association will be held in the Community Centre on Tuesday, December 9 at 7 p.m. Representatives of all groups are requested to attend.

Citizens Advice

Denny & Dunipace Citizens Advice Bureau provides an information and advice service at Bonnybridge Community Centre on a Wednesday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. each week. If you would like an appointment to speak to a CAB Adviser, please contact Bonnybridge Community Centre on (01324) 503290.

Parish Church

The second Sunday in Advent is the Holy Communion service at 11 a.m. A warm invitation is extended to all to join us. We support the Foodbank and any donations of dry goods can be brought along to this service. Elders are requested to meet in the Counting House at 10.45 a.m. Prayer time is held in the vestry from 10.30-10.45 a.m. and is open to all. The bereavement service is being held in the church on Sunday, December 7 at 2 p.m. On Saturday, the Christmas Fayre is being held in the Church Hall from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Home Baking, Christmas goodies, and the chance of a welcome cuppa are being served.

Credit Union

Savings are safe with Falkirk District Credit Union and low cost loans are available once regular savings established. Anyone who lives or works in the area within the boundary of Falkirk Council can join, junior savers welcome. Historical Society

Sincere thanks to all those wonderful people who have generously donated to the fund for the next Bonnyseen Magazine. They are too many to mention individually but a special thanks to Staff and customers of Jet Garage, Coffeeteria and the Social Club. We would be interested in hearing from anyone with family roots in Italy or Poland willing to share their stories with us for future magazines. The last meeting of 2014 will be on Friday, December 12 and we will reconvene on Friday, January 9 at 2 p.m. in the library. Seasons greetings to all our readers and supporters.

Parents Group

Bonnybridge parents group is holding a charity psychic night in aid of cerebral palsy on Saturday, December 13 at Bonnybridge Community Centre. Tickets are £10 and includes a buffet and raffle. Buggy Group

Braveheart Walks

Friendly Bonnybridge walkers leave from the Royal Hotel at 10.30 a.m. You have a choice of an hour walk or a slower 30 minute walk amongst many marvelous paths.
