Dawson Centre

On Sunday at 11.30 a.m. a church service will be held by the Miller Hall (Grahamston Evangelical Church). All welcome and refreshments will be served afterwards.

Parish Church

On Sunday, the worship in Bainsford Parish Church is at an earlier time of 10 a.m. and will be conducted by the Rev. Andrew Sarle with the theme being “How many Christians does it take to change a light bulb?” Tea and coffee will be served in the hall after the service. Last Sunday, during morning worship the Rev. Andrew Sarle paid tribute to Mr Ian Slater who has retired after fifteen years as Session Clerk and prior to that, eighteen years as Clerk to the Deacon’s Court. Mr Sarle invited Mr James B Irvine the appointed Session Clerk to present Mr Slater with suitable gifts, followed by the former minister at Bainsford the Rev. Michael R. Philip who spoke about the service which Mr Slater had given. Mr Salter thanked the congregation for their generosity

Job Club

Every Wednesday from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. in the Dawson Centre there is a job drop in club with the following activities: free access to Job Centre web site, help with C.V. benefits advice and support available. Tea and coffee on offer. For any information contact Alan Bald on 01324 501470.


Devoted Dawson walkers meet every Wednesday outside Carron Co-op main entrance to start their walk at 10.30 a.m., finishing an hour later in Greggs for tea and a cake.
