BA Bowlers

A very enjoyable day was had at Polmont last Saturday and although the result wasn’t ideal, the company and weather made up for it. This Saturday Torrance visit the club at 1.30 p.m. for a 2 p.m. start. A reminder that all fees should be paid by Monday, April 27.


Devoted Dawson walkers meet every Wednesday outside Carron Co-op main entrance to start their walk at 10.30 a.m., finishing an hour later in Greggs for tea and a cake. Parish Church

On Sunday, the worship in Bainsford Parish Church is at the earlier time of 10 a.m. and will be conducted by the Rev. Andrew Sarle with the theme being ‘Jesus the Shepherd’. Tea and coffee will be served in the hall after the service. The Deacon’s court and Kirk Session will meet on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
