Baby of the week: David-James Stuart McGechie

THE PARENTS: Mum Jasmine Millar (23) stays at home with little David-James while dad, David McGechie (26) works at Asda warehouse as a distributor. The couple are from Grangemouth.

THE PREGNANCY: The pregnancy was well apart from some sickness and a little bit of bleeding.

THE BIRTH: The birth was pretty quick after Jasmine started pushing at 12.00, he was born at 12.05.

THE NAME: The parents chose David after his dad and then picked James after Jasmine’s grandfather who sadly passed away.

THE BABY: David-James is a very happy and bubble child who is full of happiness except from night time when he can get a bit ‘screamy’.

THE GRANDPARENTS: The lucky grandparents are Sharon McGechie who is from Grangemouth and Margaret Mooney who is also from Grangemouth.

THANKS: The parents would like to say a bigh thank you to David-James’s aunties, Stephanie McGechie (31), Sophie Mayles (26), Charley Millar (20), Lauren Millar (14), Megan Millar (20) and all the neo-natal staff at the hospital.
