United Reformed Church

Located in Main Street, Avonbridge. The United Reform Church holds weekly services on a Sunday afternoon commencing at 3 p.m. Our minister is the Reverend John Bremner and our Church Secretary is Georgina Baird. Anyone requiring the services of the minister should contact either via the church. In addition to the weekly services there is a Senior Citizen’s Lunch Club. This is held every Tuesday at noon, and is followed by the Credit Union. Enquiries should be addressed to the Church Secretary.

Parish Church

A very warm welcome is extended to everyone to join our morning worship at 9.45 a.m. led by Reverend Sandi McGill. Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be served after worship in the Church Hall. Pastoral Care Group - If you know anyone in the Parish who is ill or in Hospital, or bereaved, and would appreciate a visit or a card, please contact the co-ordinators Jean Wilson on (01324) 860105 or Aileen Thomson on (01324) 861352. On Friday we are delighted to welcome The Falkirk Bohemians for an evening of songs and music at 7 p.m. for the concert to commence at 7.30 p.m. Tickets can be obtained from Jean Wilson, Aileen Thomson and Mary Ingles. Ticket prices are £4 adult and £2 children, refreshments are included in the ticket price. You are welcome to pay at the door. Another fantastic evening is on Friday, April 11. We are proud to present The Falkirk Puppeteers in the Church, doors open at 6.45 p.m. to commence at 7 p.m. Ticket prices are £3 adults and £1 children (refreshments are included), pay on entry. Why not come along to the Hub on Thursdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. held in the Avonbridge Community Hall. A choice of menu of baked potatoes, toasties and much more, takeaway open to all.
