Parish Church

Sunday morning worship is at 11 a.m. and will be conducted by Rev. Jim Todd. The evening service of meditation and informal communion will be at 6.30 p.m. followed by light refreshments and a time of fellowship together. Bible Study/Fellowship Group meets in the church on Tuesday at 1.30 p.m. Mid-week Bible Study starts on Wednesday, June 17 at 7 p.m. in the church. Study is for a six-week period and is entitled ‘Reading your Bible’. All welcome.

Community Council

There will be a general meeting of the Airth Parish Community Council in Airth Primary School at 7 p.m. on Wednesday June 17. Items on the agenda will include planning issues and the annual garden competition. This will be the last meeting of the community council until the AGM which will be held in September. As a pre-planning consultation, a public exhibition will be held by McInally Associates in the Welfare Hall (Bar 189) on Thursday (today) from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. This relates to proposals to develop 25.42 acres of the escarpment above the cemetery and south of Graham Terrace in Airth. All residents are urged to attend this consultation to view the proposals and make comments.
