Holiday fun for kids aged 10-15 in Falkirk and Stirling – summer club timetable ready to kick off at FVC
Forth Valley College’s Falkirk and Stirling Campuses will be the venues for a fantastic mix of hands-on practical workshops and fun activities, led by a combination of lecturing staff, former students and subject experts.
Throughout the summer there are lots of options for those hoping to find a fun and inspiring way to spend part of their holidays or learn new skills.
The clubs are aimed at young people in the Forth Valley area. and will open up a whole new world to young people who want to do something fun during their holidays, meet new friends and also spark an interest in a subject that could lead to further studies or a future career.
Clubs on offer include:
Art & Design Summer Club – A week long Summer Club for young art & design enthusiasts of all abilities, aged 10-15 years. Attendees will enjoy plaster and clay work, drawing, painting, fabric crafts and collage. Located at our Stirling Campus, 8-12 July, 9am-4pm. Cost £100.
Baking & Art Summer Club - This is a highly practical course for young creatives and is delivered in our state-of-the art studios and kitchens at our Stirling Campus during 22 July – 26 July. Morning 9am-12noon, afternoon 1-4pm. Cost £100.
STEM - supported by INEOS (Summer School) - The week will include a fantastic mix of hands-on practical workshops, experiments and projects– covering topics such as climate change, Net Zero and renewable energy. Attendees will work with mentor and lecturer support to complete a Bronze Crest Award.
For children between 12-14 years of age. Taking place at our Falkirk Campus 5-9 August, 9.30am- 3.30pm.

The young people who attend always seem to enjoy themselves and learn at the same time.
