A top spot for happy family home

Throwing a party at 22 Peddie Place isn't really a problem.

In fact, when owners Iain and Jane Mitchell threw a bash for their daughter’s 21st birthday at the weekend, they counted 47 guests.

It was just another happy memory to add to the numerous good times the family have had in this substantial home.

Featuring a family room, large formal lounge, spacious kitchen, separate dining room and four bedrooms, this detached villa gives a family plenty of room to grow.

There’s also a double garage, a floored attic and attractive, easy-to-maintain gardens.

But it also offers a quiet, safe location sitting as it does in a family-friendly cul-de-sac.

Iain Mitchell, who has lived here with his wife Jane and their two children for 12 years said: “It’s very spacious and very quiet while being only 150 yards from the park and so close to Moray Primary, Asda, doctors and dentists.

“I would say it’s a perfect family home in a top spot.”

Among the highlights of the house is the kitchen/breakfast room which was refitted in 2014 and includes Silestone worktops and Rangemaster cooker.

Two of the large
bedrooms have en-suite facilities, while the master en suite has, in addition to the bath, a large quadrant shower.

Outside there’s also a super summer house, complete with barbecue.

Mr Mitchell added: “We have mixed feelings about leaving this house.

“We are entering the next chapter in our lives and going to a self-built in a semi-rural location.

“But when we close the door for the last time, we’ll be leaving with many happy memories.”
