Initially, he had plans to open his own brew pub and restaurant but the Covid-19 pandemic has made this impossible for the time being.

Instead, Mr Sloper is setting up a delivery service via a website, which he expects to launch soon.

Mr Sloper told the meeting that he is fully licenced by HMRC and promised he would invest in an EPOS till system to meet the board’s approval.

No alcohol will be sold from his house at any stage.

He assured the board that any new staff will be fully trained.
