The wedding of Cheryl Cowan and Craig Wright
HOW THEY MET: The couple met on a night out at a masonic hall seven years ago.
THE PROPOSAL: Craig proposed to Cheryl in 2013 when they were out shopping. Crafty Craig left Cheryl, saying he had left a bag in a shop, but he was really picking up the ring.
THE WEDDING: The couple were married in Larbert East Church by Reverend Melville Crossthwaite in front of 90 guests. That number swelled to 120 during the evening reception in the Three Kings, Shieldhill. “Everything went according to plan,” said Cheryl.
THE WEDDING PARTY: Cheryl’s bridesmaids were Liza Adams, Zayne Sarwar, Stef Wright, Megan Malloy, Chloe Welsh and Caitlin Oddie and Craig’s best man was his brother Martin. Flower girls were Ilsa Oddie and Myah Welsh.
THE DRESS: Cheryl wore a sweetheart style ivory dress with pearls with a princess-style skirt
THE HONEYMOON: The couple spent a week in Turkey
