The marriage of Allyson Rowland and Jordan Dyer
HOW THEY MET: The couple met on a night out in 2013 and discovered that Allyson had been at college with Jordan’s brother Dean.
THE PROPOSAL: Jordan proposed at sunset on a small beach in Lanzarote on Valentine’s Day, 2014.
THE WEDDING: The wedding took place on December 14, 2014, at the Vu in Bathgate. Allyson said the day was perfect and in a beautiful setting.
THE WEDDING PARTY: Allyson’s maid of honour was Kayleigh Beattie, and her bridesmaids were her sisters Debbie McCourt, Laura Gillespie and friends Julie Evans and Emma Brodie. The best men were Jordan’s brother Dean and best friend Gordon Cook. The ushers were Clayton Harris, Scott Rowland, Scott Taylor, and Steven McGinnis. Allyson’s granddad, Albert Hay, gave her away.
THE DRESS: Allyson loved her stunning lace wedding gown with sequins and sparkly belt.
THE HONEYMOON: After the wedding, the couple spent a week in Tenefire, but are jetting off to Cancun in May.
