Their young grandchildren adore the massive bath, which makes for fun bathtimes.
They also understandably love the garden, which has a play area as well as a patio area, perfect for summer socialising.
“It is south facing, so it gets the sun all afternoon and evening,” said Ella.
“I did a lot of work in the garden, putting in new shrubs, so now it is fairly well established.”
The house also boasts a double garage, which can be accessed directly from the utility room, which leads from the hall.
“It’s really like a separate laundry room – more like the American style,” said Ella.
“It really would make an ideal family home. It’s very light and bright and spacious and it’s a great environment for children.
“It’s also very private – there are only three houses in the cul-de-sac so there’s no one overlooking you.
“And it’s just a really beautiful house!”
