The annual road race, which raises cash for the hospice in Fankerton, had set off from Denny High School. Entrants ran past Denny Cross towards Longcroft before turning back down into Bonnybridge, eventually arriving back at the finishing line at the high school.
A total of 268 runners took part, Coleena Brodie, community fundraiser at Strathcarron Hospice, thanked those who took part and the many hundreds of spectators who lined the course. “It was a fabulous day. The weather was perfect and we were delighted with the turnout.”
