Six working groups have been set up to examine every aspect of health care in Forth Valley.

Another will examine casualty services and the emergency treatment of broken bones.
Two groups will look at surgical services and general medicine.
Another two sub-groups are to be formed to look at individual specialities in these areas.

Hide AdFalkirk West MP Dennis Canavan said: ‘‘I am very suspicious of any discussions about centralisation of NHS services.
‘‘As far as I am concerned, Falkirk Royal Infirmary has already suffered the loss of too many essential services because of decisions taken by Forth Valley Health Board.
