The number in intensive care at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert remains below five. The government does not issue the exact figure if it is below five.

A total of 115,259 people in Scotland have been tested through NHS labs to date. Of these, 99,841 were confirmed negative and 15,418 were positive.

However, the government has said this will be an underestimate of the number of cases. Not everyone with the virus will display symptoms and not all those with symptoms will be tested.

Yesterday, 2096 tests carried out by NHS Scotland in hospitals, care homes or the community, making a total of 171,745 COVID-19 tests through NHS labs to date.
