Nicola Sturgeon announces new face coverings update for Scottish work places

Anyone in a workplace canteen will now have to wear a face covering when they are not at a table.
Face coverings will also need to be worn in other communal work place areas such as corridors.

Hide AdCouples in wedding or civil partnership will no longer have to wear face coverings at ceremonies.
All other restrictions and guidance will stay in place for now and people are still being recommended not to travel to Blackpool, with 286 people now testing positive after visiting there.
The latest update reported that there are 1,351 new cases of the virus, 601 patients are in hospital, 51 patients are in intensive care and tragically, 13 people have died after testing positive.
Ms Sturgeon added: “Love kindness and solidarity are more important than ever before...never underestimate the difference we can all make.”
