More people being treated for coronavirus in Forth Valley hospitals

There was a slight increase in the number of patients being treated in Forth Valley hospitals.

Latest figures released by the Scottish Government this afternoon show that at midnight there were 93 people in hospital who have or are suspected to have coronavirus.

This is an increase of one since yesterday. However the number being treated in intensive care has fallen to five from seven.

There have been 367 people who have tested positive for COVID-19 in Forth Valley.

Across Scotland 32,855 people in Scotland have been tested.

Of these 26,497 were confirmed negative and the remaining 6358 were positive.

The number of patients who have tested positive and died has risen by 40 overnight to 615.
