Falkirk Wheel helps say a huge thank you to NHS workers

This was the third Thursday at 8pm when people across the country came to their front doors, windows and balconies to show their support for all the hard working health workers and carers.

However, this week an iconic Falkirk landmark was used to send a special message.

Tapestry AV and Scottish Canals joined forces to video map the Falkirk Wheel with a huge thank you.

The colourful image had the simple message ‘Thank you NHS – our heroes’.

And thousands of people throughout Falkirk district agreed by clapping loudly to show their own support.
