Coronavirus in Scotland: 884 new positive cases recorded

The Scottish Government has released the latest update on coronavirus across the country.

There are 884 new positive cases in Scotland.

This brings the total to 88, 361 with 1,113,037 people being tested for the virus.

There are 1,170 people in hospital with confirmed Covid, and 96 patients are in intensive care.

Tragically, seven more people have died after testing positive.

This brings the total to 3,503.
