Around 60 children were given kits to make a working windmill and the task supported their development in co-operation, communication and team work. They then tested their model to check it was working and how it could be improved. It was part of a week-long event within the Graeme High cluster of schools to help develop skills in STEM and look at different career paths which are available beyond school.
