Entire class at Falkirk area primary school must self isolate after positive COVID-19 test

Reported confirmation of a case of coronavirus at a school in the Falkirk area has resulted in an entire class being forced into self isolation.

According to St Margaret’s Primary School parent council, Forth Valley Public Health team confirmed there has been a positive case of coronavirus at the Salmon Inn Road, Polmont school and contact tracing is being conducted.

The parent council stated class P6B have received letters telling them they must self isolate, but all other children can attend school as usual.
