Summer re-opening for Linlithgow's 17th century coaching inn after renovation
Over 30 jobs will be created with the re-opening of an historic coaching inn this summer.
Renovation works at the Bridge Inn, on the outskirts of Linlithgow, are almost complete.
The inn, which dates back to 1660, was recently taken over by Buzzworks Holdings which has also acquired Scotts in South Queensferry.
Now the new owners have begun a recruitment drive.
The vacancies cover roles from management to kitchen and front of house.
Colin Blair, Buzzworks Holdings chairman, said: “Our renovation involved careful restoration of the historic building, before modernising the facilities to provide a restaurant, pub and beer garden that both complements the original character while giving the local community a venue it can be proud of.
“We are approaching the final stages of this project and recruiting a new team will be another piece of the puzzle complete.”He added: “The Bridge Inn is a fantastic addition to our growing portfolio. We believe it will be a great asset to the Linlithgow community.”
