School of Witchcraft and Potions opens in Falkirk Geeks and Gamers store

A Falkirk store is now home to a School of Witchcraft and Potions thought to be the first of its kind in Britain.

Fans of the wizarding world are in for a treat if they head to Geeks and Gamers where guests can now produce their own potions, learn wand movements and spells and meet a potion master.

More than 200 people queued outside the High Street business on Sunday ahead of the official opening of the School of Witchcraft and Potions.

Social distancing rules meant only a handful were allowed in at one time, however, that didn’t dampen visitors’ enthusiasm.

Open seven days a week from 9am until 5pm, the attraction features realistic and antique props, moving pictures, magical sounds and cauldrons.

Leslie Lenaghen, GeekyCraftStuff director, said: “It is an immersive experience that takes you to the wizarding world and makes you feel like you’re actually there.
