Council planners validated the application on Thursday, April 21 and it is now awaiting a decision.
The Courtyard’s 4565 square foot Unit 4 is said to be situated within “attractive landscaped surrounds” of Callendar Business Park and is located around a mile east of Falkirk town centre.
