Letting team named best in the country at awards ceremony

Husband and wife team Mike and Amanda Campbell, who run the office at 38 Vicar Street, first opened their franchise 13 years ago.

At this year’s annual ‘high achievers’ awards, their office was named ‘Best Regional Office - Scotland’.

The award is voted for by other Belvoir business throughout the country.

Dorian Gonsalves, Belvoir’s chief operating officer, said: “Mike and Amanda have a long and illustrious history of awards success and are recognised consistently for their dedication to quality customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the sector.

“Within the company, Mike’s unrivalled experience and understanding of the residential property scene in Scotland has helped to guide and steer his colleagues through an often complex legislative landscape that has gone through considerable change in recent years.”

He added: “He is a passionate advocate of best practice and was a founding member of the Scottish Association of Landlords’ Council of Letting Agents.

“As well as his professional commitment to landlord and tenant clients, his links with housing providers and other relevant organisations has helped many investors to build a property portfolio both in the Falkirk area and in Edinburgh, where he is also a co-owner of Belvoir in the capital.

“He is regarded by many as an expert mentor and this award recognises the esteem in which he is held by his colleagues.”
