A Sanam spokesperson stated: “One of our members of staff, who has recently been off, has tested positive for the virus. Therefore, in order to look after the health and safety of our staff and customers, we have made the decision to close the restaurant temporarily. Although no other

staff members are showing symptoms we have taken the decision to take a couple of days off to deep clean the restaurant.”
