Tea Jennys, in Kings Court, just off High Street, Falkirk, closed yesterday afternoon after owners learned of the test results. Now all staff, because they were in close contact with the worker, will also have to self isolate.

A Tea Jennys spokesperson said: “Unfortunately one of our staff members has tested positive for coronavirus, which means our doors will be closed until further notice.

“We have been in contact with the environmental health officer who has advised us since the affected member wasn’t in close contact with any of our customers they do not need to self isolate.
