Board members are unable to visit sites at the moment, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but Licensing Standards Officers provided photographs to the virtual meeting.
They reported that the area – which is also home to Candied ice-cream shop, a Four-in-One and a car wash – seemed tidy and well maintained and the shop seemed to be well run when they visited.
Police Scotland had no objection to the licence being granted and members of the board granted the application.
