The offices at 398 Main Street have been vacant for some time and the application submitted by Bennett Developments and Consulting says the plans would "utilise an existing empty office building to create a new dining experience and take away which will contribute to the range of services and facilities in the area".

The main restaurant would have a long bar/servery along one side and there would be a function area which could be divided off from the restaurant should the need arise.

The rest of the floor area would house the kitchens and food preparation areas, storage, an office and an accessible toilet.

The upper floor would have further office accommodation, storage, staff facilities and male and female cloakrooms.

Externally the only change would be the installation of an extraction flue.
