“Taking on the role of managing director is an exciting challenge particularly under the current circumstances and both myself and my team will continue to focus on the safe delivery of high-quality homes and customer service.

“Both myself and my team have a clear understanding that customer service is more important than ever, and we are maintaining as much of a ‘business as usual’ approach as we can under the current restrictions.” .

Having started his career as an apprentice working his way up the career ladder Neil has a breadth of knowledge and understanding of the sector that stands him in good stead to lead but maintains that his approach is very much about being part of a team.

“I consider myself to be a team player and want to emphasise that teamwork is the key to our success. I am capitalising on the skills we have in the team to ensure that everyone is focused on delivering the very best for our customers, from the quality of our build through to the customer service they receive on their journey with us.

“Throughout the current pandemic the team has shown a great deal of resilience, resourcefulness and empathy for customers and each other and while I understand that everyone simply wants to get back to normal, we are very aware that right now people need a bit of extra support.”
