The change of use applications are to use nine parking spaces at both the premises in Glasgow Road, Camelon, and Colliery Road, Redding.
As well as the space for the car washing to be carried out, the applicants want to install an office and canopy.
The Waves Consultancy has lodged the plans for Camelon, while in Redding the applicant is Jon-pall Bonnett.
Applications for signage for the car wash facilities have also been lodged with Falkirk Council.
