Pharmacy and beauty retailer Boots is looking for Christmas customer advisers to work over the festive season.

The day to day duties as a customer adviser includes things like helping customers, maintaining stock levels, serving on the tills and acting as a brand ambassador.

Boots states that the ideal candidate will:

- Have excellent communication skills and listening skills

- Demonstrate passion for customer service

- Have great organisational skills

- Be able to work as a team

- Have great attention to detail

The position is part time, and the rate of pay is not advertised alongside the job.

Boots is looking for someone that is able to start from 1 November onwards. A variety of shifts are available, which may include weekends, however exact shift patterns will be discussed at the interview.

Seasonal Sales Assistant with The Card Factory

As a seasonal sales assistant with The Card Factory, your day to day duties will include providing customer service, both on the floor and on the tills, pricing merchandise, maintaining stock levels and helping the team unloading and unpacking orders.

Card Factory says its ideal candidate is someone who likes to be busy, can multitask and can embrace change.

The job advertisement states that this position is a fixed term contract which will end no later than 3 January 2021. It also says, “We want to support a work/life balance, therefore don’t worry if you’re not available all hours of the day - just tell us via the application form when you are available to work!”

Customer Experience Assistant at William Hill

Your day to day duties at William Hill will include interacting with customers, taking their bets and assisting them with any queries, showing customers how to use the terminals, and supporting the managers with shop displays and opening or closing the branch.

William Hill is looking for applicants who would describe themselves as a people person.

The rate of pay is £8.72 per hour, and the contract is for 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities of delivery drivers at Domino’s include delivering food and drink safely and securely, managing cash and card transactions and overall providing quality customer service.

To be a delivery driver, you’ll need to have a full UK or EU driving licence with no more than six points and no bans within the last five years.

You’ll also need to own your own card, with valid MOT and insurance, good knowledge of the local area and the availability to work evenings and weekends.
