VIDEO: Parliament of one month old owls almost ready for new homes
This adorable footage shows a fluffy parliament of baby owls scrumming together.

The cuddly birds, which live at the Scottish Owl Centre in Whitburn, West Lothian, are smaller than three inches and just one month old.
Once fully grown and about six inches tall, they will move on to other homes or become part of a flying display team.
