Grangemouth Library reopens on appointment only basis

Another Falkirk district library has reopened to allow readers to make appointments when browsing for books or using PCs.

Today (Monday), Grangemouth Library is welcoming back members of the public who book a slot online.

It follows on from Falkirk Library – also operating by appointment only – which opened last Monday following a lengthy closure due to coronavirus.

Customers can also use the Click and Collect service at both facilities.

Falkirk Community Trust (FCT) has confirmed its libraries in Larbert and Bo’ness will be back in business on Monday, October 26, while Denny, Bonnybridge, Meadowbank and Slamannan are reopening on Monday, November 2.

To make a 15-minute appointment to browse shelves at either Falkirk or Grangemouth libaries, or a one-hour appointment to use computers, call 01324 503605.

Appointments for bus passes at Falkirk Library only can also be made by calling this number.
