Falkirk exhibition showcases work of local artists

The Winter 2020 exhibit, organised by Falkirk Community Trust, runs until January 31 next year.

The exhibition features creative designer Heather Cumming (Falkirk), mural maker Cameron Morgan (Falkirk), textile designer Lyndsey Taylor (Bonnybridge), fashion designer Sue Myles (Falkirk), ceramics artist Nicole Clements (Falkirk), collage and acrylics specialist Teresa Marjorek (Stenhousemuir), pastel worker Fiona Clasen (Bridge of Allan), weaver Katherine Cowtan (Stirlingshire), portrait painter Karen Bones (Carron), nature artist Kai Campbell (Laurieston), floral specialist Angeline Perry (Dunipace), printmaker David Cummings (Falkirk) and landscape artist Daniel White (Falkirk).
These talented individuals and other artists and crafty folk have the opportunity to take advantage of the Visual Artist and Craft Maker Award (VACMA), which offers small grants to aid the creative development of recipients.
The grants are supported by Creative Scotland through funding from the National Lottery in partnership with Falkirk Community Trust and Stirling and Clackmannanshire Councils.

Hide AdThis year fixed bursaries of up to £750 are available in recognition of the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 on individual artists and makers.
