A 34-year-old man had a 'tantrum' at Falkirk Police Station, West Bridge Street, and head butted the ground.
Robert Paton, 49 Almond Street, Grangemouth, admitted behaving in a threatening manner at the station on September 29 last year.
Police were investigating another matter when Paton had what solicitor Gordon Addison described as a “tantrum”.
Paton was fined £300 to be paid at £50 a month.
