Appearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday, Scott Anderson, 32, had admitted threatening behaviour – banging on a window and repeatedly striking a door – at an address in Glynwed Court, Falkirk on February 14.

Sheriff Simon Collins said: “Your work is important but this has to be given greater priority. The Caledonian programme report has not been completed because he missed an appointment.”

He deferred sentence on Anderson, 34 Laxdale Drive, Head of Muir, until June 29 to allow a Caledonian programme assessment to be carried out.
