Fish and chips preferred over steak dinner at four-star Falkirk hotel

For the first time in the Macdonald Inchyra Hotel’s history, fish and chips has become the top dish of choice.
Data analysed by the hotel, located near Polmont, revealed beer-battered North Sea haddock was the most in-demand dish on the Scottish Steakhouse restaurant menu.
The hotel stated almost 1500 customers have already ordered the favoured fare since January 1.
