Funnyman Fred MacAulay will return to the Falkirk venue he started his career in 23 years ago.
The comedian will headline Behind the Wall tonight (Thursday) as part of its monthly Comedy Club.
The TV personality played the Melville Street venue back in 1988 and it was one of his first ever stand up gigs.
Owner of the pub, Brian Flynn says he can’t wait to welcome Fred back.
“I saw Fred the first time he played here and I knew he had a bright future ahead of him.
“He is one of my favourite comics and lots of his stuff is very current and topical. We actually had another headliner confirmed who dropped out at the last minute so it’s great Fred has stepped in and will play at Behind the Wall once again.”
Tickets for the gig, which kicks off at 8.30 p.m., cost £6 and are available from the bar with a few available on the door.
Owen Maguire, Jellybean Martinez, Geoff Gawler and the hilarious Jojo Sutherland will also perform.
