Video: Falkirk Community Trust breaks tennis world record

Andy Murray grew up along the road - but Falkirk district’s school pupils put themselves on top of the world in Grangemouth on October 30.

To mark the opening of Zetland Park tennis courts, The Falkirk Herald’s chief photographer Michael Gillen joined 771 school pupils and staff and Falkirk Community trust to attempt to break the Guiness World Record.

They aimed to keep a tennis ball off the ground with a racquet for ten seconds... and they did it!
