Buist and Hodge sign on with Stenhousemuir

Former Blackburn Rovers prospect Bryan Hodge has become a Warrior after signing for Stenhousemuir on Thursday night.

He is joined by former Stirling Albion and Alloa defender Scott Buist.

As The Falkirk Herald revealed on Thursday, the Warriors were eyeing three new signings in addition to retaining young left-back Alan Lawson.

Hodge and Buist are two of those and assistant boss Kevin McGoldrick told www.falkirkherald.co.uk: "Scott's a good young defender and we're delighted to have signed him and Bryan and Greg Ross.

"Bryan has a great pedigree having come through at Blackburn and spent time at Partick Thistle..Things are shaping up for the new season."

The Warriors expect to land their third signing - understood by The Falkirk Herald to be a forward - on Tuesday next week, before the squad re-convenes for pre-season training on Saturday, June 14.
