Young Warriors mark their players of the year with Stenhousemuir boss Corrigan

Young Warriors hailed their peers and rounded off the season in style at Ochilview on Saturday night.

The junior sides from Stenhousemuir took to the main pitch at Ochilview as part of the club’s youth player of the year awards night and festival of football.

While the awards were dished out, so was a buffet for players and parents, who watched the youngsters play games between receiving the awards.

First team boss Martyn Corrigan was also in attendance to congratulate the lengthy roll of honour, and possibly scout some first team stars of the future within the Ochilview ranks.

Player of the Year Winners:

Sam Aitken - Under 7s; Gregor Adam - Under 8s; Iain Lindsay - Under 10s; Lewis Dawson - Under 11s; Amelie Barbour - Under 11s;

Jack Donaldson - Under 12s.

Players’ Player of the Year winners: Sam Aitken - Under 7s; Duncan Laird - Under 8s; Billy Gardiner - Under 9s; Luke Crosbie - Under 10s; Lewis Dawson - Under 11s; Carmen Sneddon- Under 11; Craig Duncan - Under 12s.

Parents’ Player of the Year: Nicholas Loutfi - Under 7s; Aidan Chalmers - Under 8s; Ryan Johnstone - Under 9s; Dean Welsh - Under 10s; Ryan Lumsden - Under 11s; Carmen Sneddon - Under 11s; Jack Donaldson - Under 12s

Goalkeeper of the Year: Robbie Lyle - Under 9s-Under 15s.

Community Coach of the Year: Dean McKinnon
