Stenhousemuir fought back from two goals down, but were edged out by East Fife.
Billy Brown’s men stormed into a 2-0 lead in the first half. On-loan Livingston winger Bobby Barr fired them ahead after just five minutes, then cnetre-half Steven Campbell fired the home side further ahead.
But after a half-time team-talk from boss Martyn Corrigan the Warriors responded in the second half. Stewart Kean reduced the deficit then substitute Andy Rodgers scored moments after entering the fray.
