Bidding has yet to open on any of Falkirk’s first-team players but a trio have been on trial in England.
Will Vaulks is the latest player to head south to exhibit his talents with the defender currently at Blackburn Rovers on trial. Stephen Kingsley and Jay Fulton have also both visited, and been assessed, by a League One club within the past month.
Swansea City are also believed to be interested in the duo, and sent a scout to Saturday’s scoreless draw with Hamilton.
“We’re not in a position to turn down good bids for good players,” said Bairns manager Gary Holt, who was surprised news of Vaulks’ move leaked earlier this week.
“For Will it’s a great opportunity at a club of Blackburn’s size – it shows how well he’s done.” The boss also revealed this week Celtic were courting left-back Kingsley.
“There have been no concrete bids for any of them, and if it was down to me I wouldn’t accept any, but it’s not.
“We want to sell the Falkirk brand, the Falkirk name, and these guys are doing that in abundance.
“The ridiculous number of scouts at our games is testament to how they’re playing.”
