Farid El Alagui is eyeing 30 goals against Ayr United tomorrow - and adding a matchball to his haul of Player of the Year trophies.

The striker has hit 27 goals for Falkirk this term, but never more than twice in one game.

He’s aiming to go one better and take home a match-ball on what could be is last appearance for the Bairns.

“I’ve never hit a hat-trick before at any time in my career,” he told The Falkirk Herald today.

“But I’m looking forward to the game - I would love to get the matchballa nd score three times. It would be an incredible way to finish an incredible season.

“It will be something to give the fans too, because they have been excellent with me.”

David Weatherston is missing for Steven Pressley’s side after scans showed a small hamstring tear sustained against Partick Thistle. Kieran Duffie is a doubt, as is Thomas Scobbie who will say farewell to his hometown club at the end of the game.
