Falkirk will notch up at least six meetings with Cowdenbeath this season after being paired with the Blue Brazil for the William Hill Scottish Cup fourth round.
The Bairns and the Fife side have already met three times this season, twice in the league and one dreary evening match in the League Cup where the Bairns sneaked through thanks to Craig Sibbald’s penalty in a shoot-out.
The opening game of the season saw the sides battle out a 2-2 draw at Central Park, but Jimmy Nicholl’s side have suffered defeats on both visits to Falkirk so far – and won’t necessarily relish another trip.
As well as the long night of scoreless football that ended in the penalties just last weekend the Blue Brazil were thumped 6-0 in the league with goals from Rory Loy, David Smith, Will Vaulks, David McCracken, Alex Cooper and Peter Grant.
The tie is due to be played on November 29.
Elsewhere there is an intriguing tie set for Palmerston between Queen of the South and Brora Rangers - which will see the Highland League side travel 578 miles after seeing off Edinburgh City.
Bo’ness will host Arbroath if they can see off Elgin City in their replay after the epic 4-4 draw.
Elsewhere Celtic travel to Tynecastle to play Hearts and Rangers host Kilmarnock.
The all Premier League ties include Motherwell at home to Dundee United, Partick Thistle against Hamilton and Dundee hosting Aberdeen.
