Falkirk goalkeeper Danny Rogers could miss Falkirk’s crucial SPFL Championship match with Hibs next week.

The Bairns number one has been provisionally called up to Martin O’Neill’s Republic of Ireland squad.

The team is due to fly out to Austria for the World Cup qualifying match on Thursday, November 10 – two days before Peter Houston’s side plays Neil Lennon’s SPFL Championship league leaders at Easter Road.

However the Edinburgh side have also been affected by the international weekend. John McGinn was this morning included in Gordon Strachan’s Scotland squad to play England next Friday.
