Last Saturday's win means they have now taken a maximum 24 points on the road which was more than enough to keep them top of the table.
Camelon looked like they meant business from the outset as they went straight into the attack.
Andy Shirra's
surging run down the left flank saw him fire in a low cross that threaded its way through to Chris Donnelly. And he should have done better than blast the ball over the bar.
But that miss was to prove only a stay of execution for Hill of Beath for, just two minutes later, they found themselves a goal behind.
A free kick on the right was whipped in by Graeme McLaren to the near post and skipper Stuart Cringeon flicked the ball into the net.
Following that, the Fifers' full back Ally Gray was lucky to escape censure when he scythed down Chris Donnelly.
The referee took no action for the demolition job though, but it would only be a matter of time before justice caught up with the home defender.
Hill of Beath went close to equalising, hitting the woodwork THREE times before the break.
Martin Thomson's half volley clipped the outside of the post and Fraser Beveridge headed against the bar. It then took a great save by John Hutchison to push Thomson's effort from the rebound round the post.
Sandwiched between those two near things, only a good save by home keeper Mark Graham denied McLaren a second goal for Camelon.
But, in the 32nd minute, the home side went close to levelling when Steve Bathgate rattled Hutchison's bar with a fierce effort.
Five minutes later there was a blow for Camelon when Davy Barclay had to be stretchered off following a midfield challenge involving Billy McLaughlin.
There was certainly no malice in it whatsoever, which was more than could be said for Gray's crunching excuse for a tackle on Mark
Gillespie less than a minute after he had replaced Barclay.
This time the Fife man didn't escape the referee's attention but can still consider himself lucky to receive only a yellow card.
After the break it was Camelon that were in the driving seat and keeper Graham did well to save a good effort from Donnelly.
But, once again, it proved to be only a reprieve for, a minute later, Camelon stretched their lead with a well crafted goal.
McLaren was the architect with a clever flick that found Jimmy Lister stealing in behind the home defence and, cool as you like, he rounded the keeper before slotting the ball into the net.
Shortly afterwards an action replay saw the two combine again but this time Lister was just off target.
By this time, the home side were resorting to some tough tackling and no more so than the already cautioned Gray.
His off the ball challenge on Cringeon wasn't spotted by the referee, nor was the one on Mitchell that left the Camelon man nursing a head wound on the other side of the railings.
But this time Gray would not get off scot free. The linesman's flag drew the attention of the referee who sent Gray off for a second caution, although a straight red would have been more appropriate.
His dismissal certainly made the playing field a far safer place and Camelon might have added to their tally had justice been done after Ryan Duffin up-ended Steve Ballantine in the box.

East Superleague
CAMELON now have just two home games to play in the Whyte & Mackay East Superleague, and one of them is this Saturday when Glenrothes are the visitors to Carmuirs Park.
A win will guarantee that Allan McGonigal's men stay top of the table but the Camelon boss will be without Davy Barclay.
The extent of the knee injury he suffered against Hill of Beath won't be known until the swelling goes down, but it is feared he could miss the rest of the season. Jack Mitchell, who took a head knock, should be alright.
Included in the squad will be 19-year-old Derek Currie, a left side player who has joined from Stirling Albion and was on the bench last week.
Meanwhile, both Jimmy Lister and Andy Shirra played in a select side which beat a Scotland Junior Select 1-0 at Prestonfield on Monday evening. Kick-off this weekend is at 2.30 p.m.
Camelon Juniors are holding a sportsman's dinner in the Cladhan Hotel on Saturday, May 10, when former top grade referee Brian McGinlay will host a table of speakers which includes former arbiter Willie Young and one of the top contributors on the circuit, Tranent's Scott Glynn.
The ticket price of £35 includes a four course meal and they can be booked by calling Tam Wallace on (01324) 624595 or the social club on (01324) 623854.
