Discovered in 1967 in the Merelani Hills of Tanzania, still the only known deposit. This unusual gemstone was christened 'tanzanite' by Tiffany & Co who recognized its rare beauty. The stunning pendant features almost 1/2ct of rich lavender blue tanzanite set with 3 genuine sparkling diamonds.
The pendant is approx. 23mm long and threaded on a pretty 18", 9ct white gold necklace.
The earrings contain 0.3ct of tanzanite surrounded by gorgeous diamonds and are set in solid 9ct white gold.
