Made from cast iron, the newly launched La Cuisine rectangular roaster is one of the largest size cast iron dishes available on the market and weighing just over 4kg it is surprisingly light for it’s size. It is part of the newly designed Elysée series by Marcus Notley.
It is enamelled both inside and out to ensure easy cleaning and also to avoid scratching of glass hobs. It comes in both Red and Black.
Due to the fact it is produced from cast iron it is suitable for use in the oven and on the hob (which is particularly useful for gravy making once the roast is cooked).
It’s large handles ensure a good grip when removing from the oven whilst using oven gloves. It is suitable for all hob types including induction.
